Drain Cleaning - Blocked drain
There are drainers and there are drainers, so please call the drainers that other drainers call when they are in trouble with a blocked drain. We have the equipment and the experience to clear your most troublesome drain and we will have the solution to prevent it from returning.
Drains can be cleaned usually in one of two ways:
Electric Eel: This method has been used for a long time; it is what we call old-fashioned. It was good when it first came out because there was no real alternative. It has many limitations and therefore prevents it from entering all lines in your drainage system. It can cause extreme damage, causing breaks and cracks in the pipeline; we have had to repair drainage systems that have been damaged in this way by other drainers. In addition, the electric eel will not successfully clear a choked storm water line that often has large amounts of soil sitting in the pipeline.

High Pressure Water Jet: This is the use of high-pressure water and specially designed attachments to clear a drainage system. This type of technology has advanced in such a way that we believe it to be the most effective way of cleaning drainage systems. There are two forms of HPWJ systems used today. The first, high-volume water at low pressures is truck mounted which needs a large area to work in and is mainly used on larger diameter pipes and for very difficult blockages. The other form is low-volume water at very high pressures, where these units are much smaller in size and can be mounted in a small vehicle or trolley and are very effective in cleaning pipe diameters ranging from 40mm to 225mm. Both forms of HPWJ are very effective in cleaning storm water lines as it cleans and flushes away all debris in the pipeline.
